聖地雅歌天主教華人團體是附屬於聖地雅歌教區聖德蘭天主堂〔前聖約克威廉天主堂〕的華人天主教團體。前任聖地牙哥紅衣主教 McElroy委派楊神父（Anthony Yang）擔任聖地雅歌天主教華人團體的牧者。

The San Diego Chinese Catholic Community (SDCCC) is a Chinese Catholic group based at the St. Thérèse of Carmel Parish (formerly the St. William of York parish) in the San Diego Diocese. Former San Diego Cardinal McElroy desig­nated pastor Anthony Yang to be the shepherd and spiritual guide for the SDCCC.
